Internships
Pantheon Institute offers two kinds of academic internships: the Museum Exhibition Design and Implementation Internship and the Placement with a Professional Architectural Firm Internship.
Museum Exhibition Design and Implementation
Pantheon Institute students can apply to intern with the Capitolina Sovraintendenza which oversees a wide variety of important historic, modern, and archeological musuems in Rome and throughout Lazio, inclding the world’s oldest public museum, the Capitoline Musuem, as well as the Ara Pacis, Trajan’s Market, the Villa of Maxentius, the Musuem of Rome. Student interns will enage in academic internships and participate the the design and construction of temporary and permanent exhibitions alongside talented working professionals and leaders in the field of museography and museum exhibition design.
Eligeblity Requirements:
- Must be enrolled as a full-time Spring or Fall semester program student at the Pantheon Institsute.
- Must be pursuing an undergraduate or professional degree in architecutre, landscape architecture, design, or other related field.
Language Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in an Italian language course for the duration of their internship.
Placement with a Professional Architectural Firm
Pantheon Instiute students can apply to intern at an architectural studio here in Rome to gain first hand experience from working professionals. This academic internship will allow you to contribute to current projects, help build your portfolio, and give you a new perspective on Italian design.
Eligeblity Requirements:
- Must be enrolled as a full-time Spring or Fall semester Architecture or Landscape Architecture program student at the Pantheon Institsute.
- Must be pursuing an undergraduate or professional degree in architecutre, landscape architecture, design, or other related field.
Language Requirements:
- Students must be enrolled in an Italian language course for the duration of their internship.
